The spring semester begins on January 18th with an introduction and tea. The study will conclude in May. The study guide for the spring is Grace to Stand Firm, Grace to Grow by Carol Ruvolo.
We gather on Wednesday evenings for a time of prayer and a brief study in God’s Word that is led by Pastor Jim Adams.
The music ministry is led by Ryan Olmstead who conducts the choir and children’s music programs. The choir performs a short cantata during the Christmas season and on Resurrection Sunday, with additional choral pieces sung at various times throughout the year. Our men’s group meets at the church campus on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of each month. We use this time to discuss what God has been teaching us in His Word, to share what He’s been encouraging and challenging us with, to study a passage of Scripture together, and to pray for one another.
We will continue to celebrate Christ’s victory over the grave with a cantata from the choir and a brief resurrection message.
We celebrate our Savior’s resurrection at dawn with joyous singing, the reading of Scirpture and a message out in the courtyard. The time of worship is followed by a full breakfast together.
In this evening communion service, we will consider the great commandment Christ emphasized on the night before his crucifixion: “Love one another, even as I have loved you.”
Sunday, April 9 – Palm Sunday Service, 10:30 am In this service, we will remember Jesus’ triumphal entry into Jerusalem as king, reflect on the implications of His present reign, and rejoice in the hope of His coming again.
